Atlantis the Dark Continent: Co-authored with Lynda Braithwaite, Paul shares fascinating accounts of past life regression exploring lives from the legendary continent of Atlantis. Drawing on Lynda’s regression experiences as well as his own, the two authors chart a coherent outline of the history of Atlantis and its struggles including the periods of beauty, healing and idealistic aspiration right through to the ugly corruption that led to its tragic destruction. Paul suggests that many of us still share the memories of Atlantis in our consciousness, and that these contain important lessons for us all.

Soul Pathways: Reviewed as ‘Book of the month’ by Prediction magazine, this book was composed during a time of painful change for Paul. Written with great honesty and feeling, Paul expounds about painful dilemmas with which we can be confronted in our lives and how difficult it can be to resolve these. Utilising a number of life stories from his associates and clients, Paul explores the dynamics involved in states of mind such as fear, rejection, guilt, loss of trust, resentment and many other of the darker feelings within our lives. He argues that the circumstances that we find in our lives are actually inner tests that we set for ourselves for the development of our character as souls, and that with courage and a degree of Spiritual commitment, we can find a way forward.

A seeker’s guide to past lives: The main impulse that has driven Paul to write this book is the desire to make past life regression more accessible to those that are interested in it. Here he shares openly the many aspects of what may be involved for those who want to explore inner experiences through regression. Past life regression can be hard work, challenging and potentially life changing. But, in an age when people want to improve themselves, achieve their capabilities and liberate themselves from inner fears and barriers, past life therapy is an ideal process to enable people to do that. It is Paul's belief that there are boundless possibilities for personal healing and inner spiritual growth that can be achieved through this medium. This book represents signposts and foundations to help those who want to learn more about this subject. In addition to his own thoughts, Paul shares the experiences that some of his clients have had when undergoing past life regression. The people concerned were invited to write a little about their background beliefs and how they felt about actually engaging in a past life regression session beforehand. They were then asked to give expression to their experience of regression, and the outcome of how it impacted upon their lives afterwards - real case studies with real people, results and feelings.
