Private Individual Sessions

Paul is now based in the Glasgow area in Scotland. He is also available for consultations periodically in Lancaster, London and Manchester. If you are living either in the vacinity of Glasgow or Lancaster, you are welcome to make regular appointments to see Paul. The length of each session and the interval between each one is negotiable. Paul works on a sliding scale payment structure to enable everyone who feels that they need help to be able to do so. For people living at a distance, it is possible to see Paul on an individual retreat basis. That means that you could see Paul for intensive sessions over consecutive days. Accommodation can be arranged nearby so you can have space in between sessions for integration. For those who wish for privacy and individual attention, this can be a very powerful means of accomplishing much inner growth.

Paul is willing to travel and offer individual private sessions of past life regression in various locations. He can work with up to eight individuals in one day, with sessions lasting between an hour and an hour and a half for each person. Past Life regression is a method of opening our consciousness to memories we have of former lifetimes that we have lived. Usually approached through Hypnotherapy or guided meditation, past life regression can enable us to experience various events from one or more of our previous lives. We can feel the emotions of this past life character, think the thoughts and be aware of the energy sensations of situations that we encounter in these memories. As well as significant moments from the lifetime itself, we can also experience our past life death and be aware of what happened after that. Such exploration can give us a depth of insight, understanding and healing, helping us to learn about our Spiritual path.

Healing the inner child is a process that often links with past life regression, and involves connecting with living elements of our child consciousness that need expression and reintegration into our being. Sometimes when we are little, we are quite fragile and very dependant upon those bigger than us. If something happens that is too much for us, the fear we feel can prevent us from expressing aspects of ourselves, and that part of us stops growing. By helping this child part of ourselves with our adult strength, we can help liberate those parts of ourselves that were frozen and feel more whole.

For the first three months of 2011, Paul will continue to offer an introductory one hour long past life regression session for the special rate of £30 for anyone who books a session with him in the Glasgow area.

Private Past Life Regression sessions with Paul

Past Life regression is an in-depth therapy where you can open your mind to be a voluntary channel and experience the impressions of other lives you have lived. Often these experiences can be profoundly moving and insightful to help you in your life today. Approaching this therapy can be on the basis of curiosity where you may have a sincere wish to learn more about yourself and your soul history, or for reasons where you have problems that you sense could have their root in past life memory.

A full session of past life regression generally lasts between an hour and an hour and a half. Prior to the session, Paul will ask questions to gain a profile of your life and the reasons for you wishing to undergo the therapy. The regression itself generally will be initiated through meditation with some hypnosis elements. You will be consciously aware throughout and actively participating in the process. While in regression, Paul will take detailed notes that you then can take away at the end of the session as a record of what has taken place. Every person’s process is unique, and you will probably benefit from some quiet time after the session to digest it. It is not advisable to have taken drugs or alcohol in the twenty four hours before a session.

A 6-day residential workshop

The intention of this workshop is to enable us to open to a deep appreciation of our soul and the journey it is undertaking. We will be exploring our past lives and inner child experiences, and also seeking to release limiting patterns of thought and belief that we need to clear to reach our potential, in terms of inner growth and development.

Our individual journey is a unique soul pathway, and we proceed at our own pace, one step at a time. Here, we wish to create a safe and loving, group space, to reflect with honesty, about our hopes, aspirations and fears, and then to invoke Spiritual help to move forward.

We will be using psychotherapy, meditation, healing and ritual, past life regression, sharing and connecting with nature, as tools for this retreat. The workshop is especially suitable for those who feel ready to make a deeper commitment to understanding and fulfilling their life purpose at a deeper level.

The workshop will be held at Hafan Y Coed (Haven of Trees), Spiritual Development Centre, situated next to the Breacon Breacons National Park, in South Wales.
