Private Individual Sessions

Paul is based in the Lancaster area of northern England. For people living nearby, you are welcome to make appointments to see Paul. The length of each session and the interval between each one is negotiable. Paul works on a sliding scale payment structure to enable everyone who feels that they need help to be able to do so. For people living at a distance, it is possible to see Paul on an individual retreat basis. That means that you could see Paul for intensive sessions over consecutive days. Accommodation can be arranged nearby so you can have space in between sessions for integration. For those who wish for privacy and individual attention, this can be a very powerful means of accomplishing much inner growth.

Paul is willing to travel and offer individual private sessions of past life regression in various locations. He can work with up to eight individuals in one day, with sessions lasting between an hour and an hour and a half for each person. Past Life regression is a method of opening our consciousness to memories we have of former lifetimes that we have lived. Usually approached through Hypnotherapy or guided meditation, past life regression can enable us to experience various events from one or more of our previous lives. We can feel the emotions of this past life character, think the thoughts and be aware of the energy sensations of situations that we encounter in these memories. As well as significant moments from the lifetime itself, we can also experience our past life death and be aware of what happened after that. Such exploration can give us a depth of insight, understanding and healing, helping us to learn about our Spiritual path.

Healing the inner child is a process that often links with past life regression, and involves connecting with living elements of our child consciousness that need expression and reintegration into our being. Sometimes when we are little, we are quite fragile and very dependant upon those bigger than us. If something happens that is too much for us, the fear we feel can prevent us from expressing aspects of ourselves, and that part of us stops growing. By helping this child part of ourselves with our adult strength, we can help liberate those parts of ourselves that were frozen and feel more whole.

Past Lives, Future Lives

Within our consciousness exist both the memory of past lives we have lived, and also the projections of future lives, which exist as potentials. Both past lives and future lives exist as a very powerful reality within our consciousness. By investigating our past lives, we can learn about our history as a soul and, as such, gain a much deeper perspective and experience about who we are as Spiritual beings. We can use these memories to address issues that may be limiting our awareness and outlook in the present and find a fuller sense of peace about our own identity. Future lives are not fixed, but depend on choices that we make now, and decisions that are also made by others around us. By exploring them, we can learn a great deal about how our soul wants to move forward, and it can help us then, to be in harmony with this process.

On the first day of this workshop, Paul will be explaining about the process of past life regression, and opening the opportunity for participants to tap into at least one of their past lives and explore it in depth. The second day will be dedicated to exploring the future, both from the angle of personal therapy, and also to speculate about possibilities concerning how our civilization on Earth may be unfolding.

Paul Williamson is a past life therapist, healer and published author with almost twenty years experience of working professionally with clients with regression and group work. He is a Healer member of the NFSH, a member of the UK Guild of Hypnotist Examiners, and qualified past life therapist taught by Dr Roger Woolger.

The cost of the workshop will be ninety pounds. The times will be 10am – 5pm on both days. Participants are invited to bring some food for a shared lunch on both days. A note pad and pen will also be needed. Numbers will be limited to 12.

Soul Pathways

A one-week residential workshop

The intention of this workshop is to enable us to open our awareness to a deep appreciation of our soul and the journey it is undertaking. We will be exploring our past lives and inner child experiences, and also seeking to release limiting patterns of thought and belief that we need to clear to reach our potential in terms of our inner growth and development.

Our individual journey is a unique soul pathway, and we proceed at our own pace, one step at a time. Here, we wish to create a safe and loving group space to reflect with honesty about our hopes, aspirations and fears, and then to invoke Spiritual help to support us to move forward.

We will be using psychotherapy, meditation, healing, and ritual, past life regression, sharing, and connecting with nature, as tools for this retreat. The workshop is especially suitable for those who feel ready to make a deeper commitment to understanding and fulfilling their life purpose at an inner level.

Leading the retreat will be Paul Williamson, a therapist, healer and published author with over twenty years of experience of leading inner development groups and helping individuals professionally. Assisting him will be Catherine Campbell, a gifted healer and Spiritual channel.
